The Coney Garth leisure site project is a long term project developing the previously unused area of the site connected to Dacre Lakeside by introducing roads, car parks and infrastructure. Once the initial construction in one area was completed the next stage of laying concrete bases for holiday lodges begins. They are then fully installed with power and other amenities. Each area is also landscaped and then construction begins on the next sections of road and expansion of the infrastructure to accommodate the next group of lodges.
